Prices and Terms & Conditions

The Garden Pond: This perfect venue to say ‘I Do’ is Situated right next to the main car park. It has a pond situated in the centre, divided by four quadrants with well-manicured lawns and surrounded by beautiful flowers. This location holds up to 150 people.
The Kigwa View: A picturesque venue set next to a man-made lake which adds glamour to your event. This venue can accommodate upto 500 people. This location is a perfect wedding venue with a natural dam in the back ground making it unique.
The 10th Tee: This is one of Nairobi's popular wedding venue, situated at the 10th Tee overlooking the expansive golf course with the hotel set on the backdrop. This venue captures the garden wedding theme and adds the romance to your day holding up to 1500 people.

The Windsor has two large tents (75m by 20m each) that can fit up 1,350 people each. One is an A-frame tent and the other is a Spider Tent.

Your catering manager & chef will work with you to build the perfect reception from our house cold canapés, hot hors d’oeuvres, tasters, soup, salads, carving stations, culinary displays, action stations and dessert menu selections. Pricing is established allowing for a selection to be made to customize your reception.
